On page 5, section 5, line 44, after the word “fuel”, by striking the remainder of the sentence ending on line 46 and inserting in lieu thereof a period;

And

On page 5, section 5, line 48, after the word “year”, by striking the remainder of the sentence ending on line 49 and inserting in lieu thereof a period.
